Elderberry Syrup and Immune Workshop with Mitten Lowe & Farmer Becca

Join us at the Boulder JCC for a hands-on, heart-centered workshop where we’ll craft elderberry syrup together, using elderberries lovingly grown in the JCC food forest and sweetened with raw honey. As our berries simmer into medicine, we’ll explore other immune-boosting herbs and ways to support seasonal wellness. Connect, learn, and take home your own jar of nourishing elderberry syrup.
