What if the path to self-compassion isn't just about changing your thoughts—but about listening to your body?
In this experiential workshop, you'll discover how your body holds the key to unlocking deeper, more lasting self-compassion. Rather than relying solely on affirmations or cognitive reframes, you'll learn to access the wisdom present in your physical experience as well.
Through gentle yoga, soothing breathwork, guided meditation, reflection, and mindful inquiry, we'll explore how tension, posture, and breath patterns reveal where self-criticism lives in your body—and how to meet those places with kindness instead of resistance.
In this workshop, you will:
No prior experience with somatic work or yoga is required—just a willingness to slow down and listen inward to experience embodied transformation. This 75-minute workshop is free for everyone with a suggested donation of $5-$25. Thank you so much!
How to prepare? Please bring a journal and pen for reflection, and a yoga mat for practice. Depending on how many people we have, we may or may not use our mats.
