The 5K course preview will do a 2-mile out-and-back and the 10K course preview will do a 3-mile out-and-back. There will be no aid on course, so please bring whatever hydration and nutrition you plan on needing with you.5K Course Preview Route10K Course Preview RouteCheck-InPlease bring the QR Code that is issued upon checkout, as participants will be required to check-in at the time of the event.Important Safety InformationThis event is a course preview, not a race. There will be no aid stations, no course marshals, and no road closures. Participants are responsible for their own hydration, nutrition, and safety throughout the route.The course remains open to the public, so please be courteous and share the bike paths and roads with pedestrians, cyclists, and other trail users. When running on roads, obey all traffic laws, use designated crosswalks where available, and yield to vehicle traffic.
