Authentic Movement
Let's practice Authentic Movement(AM) together!

AM is a paired movement practice where participants cultivate relationship to the body(soma) by taking on roles of 'mover' and 'witness'. By witnessing and being witnessed in the authentic expression of our internal impulses we discover and refine our sense of self.

Location: the Workshop room on the first floor.
