Winter Wellness - Lunar Eclipse Meditation

The Boulder Junction Public Library is offering a series of FREE information presentations this winter. These programs provide introductory information to a variety of topics that help community members learn ways to support their health and wellness all winter long.

On March 3, Lia Montgomery will offer a single session of her HeArt Centered Meditation practice. The March 3rd Total lunar eclipse is the perfect time to meditate together, to be a part of this special event as eclipses are always an opening to new energy.
