Here’s what you can expect:
Safer Inversion Techniques: Learn proper alignment, entry, and exit strategies to keep your body supported.
Strength & Stability: Develop strong shoulders, arms, and core to create a reliable foundation.
Balance & Awareness: Improve body awareness and overcome the fear of going upside down.
Step-by-Step Progressions: Work with drills, props, and variations suitable for your level.
Philosophy & Practice: Discover how yoga teaches balance, focus, and courage -both on and off the mat.
What to Bring or Know:
Bring a non-slip yoga mat.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.
Avoid eating a heavy meal right before class.
Classes are practiced barefoot.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
Yoga props will be provided at the studio.
