Join the Wellness Fest by Citrus Wellness Co.! Most of us are moving too fast and recovering too little. Wellness Fest is a local community gathering designed to slow things down and give your body the attention it deserves. Whether you’re looking to break a sweat, quiet your mind, or finally try a cold plunge, this event is your playground for a better lifestyle.

What to bring: Please wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring a yoga mat, swimsuit, and towel for the sauna and cold plunge. We’ll provide the vibes and plenty of fresh, filtered water.

12:00 PM: Check-in & Community Welcome

12:30 PM – 3:30 PM: The Wellness Circuit (Movement, Sweat, & Recovery)

3:30 PM: Connections, Refreshments, & Local Vendor Browsing

We’ve curated a rotating circuit of wellness practices to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more connected. Your afternoon includes:

• Active Movement: Heart-pumping sessions designed to get you out of your head and into your body.
• The Contrast Circuit: Experience the profound benefits of temperature therapy. Cycle between our Cedar Saunas and Cold Plunges to flush toxins and boost your mood.
• The Refresh: Finish your circuit with a rinse under our Citrus Filtered Showerheads, designed to neutralize harsh water chemicals and leave your skin feeling energized.
• Restorative Practice: A dedicated space for guided relaxation and mindful recovery to help reset your nervous system.
