WARP is the first.On September 18, 2026, corrections leaders, tribal justice practitioners, rural reentry organizations, behavioral health and housing providers, state agencies, prosecutors, public defenders, researchers, and people with lived experience will gather at the University of Washington Bothell for a full day of learning, policy dialogue, and cross-sector connection.WARP is designed from the start to be different. Statewide justice convenings have historically been anchored in Seattle and shaped primarily by urban organizations. Through state and nonprofit sponsorship, we are actively funding participation for rural reentry programs and Tribal Nations across Washington by offsetting travel, lodging, and access costs. Geography and budget should not determine who gets a seat at a statewide conversation.The morning opens with tribal-centered programming, including a keynote on cultural identity and connection to culture from George Farrell, a cultural awareness experience, and a panel discussion on reentry from rural, urban, and state perspectives. The afternoon moves into two rounds of cross-systems breakout sessions covering corrections, housing, legal policy, civic engagement, behavioral health, rural reentry, and employer partnerships.
