In the tradition of and as taught by our teacher, Suren Shrestha, we place bowls on people when we are able. You will leave nourished and reinvigorated! Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, or anything else that you need to be comfortable lying down or sitting. They each bring their unique signature of healing, love and passion for sound to create a safe environment for an immersive wellness experience. Shantau is currently living in Texas but her energy and spirit are ever present with the group.
