Whole + Intentional Leader Development

How do you measure the success of a healthy and whole leader? One of the most important marks of an effective, healthy and whole leader is the multiplication of other leaders. Quite simply, whole and healthy leaders help to develop other whole and healthy leaders.

We know that leadership matters, especially, Christ-centered leaders with the character, competence, and capacity to faithfully steward their entrusted gifts. Nothing happens in our marketplaces, ministries, or even our families without someone who makes a leading act. What would change if you were intentionally growing as a leader and investing in the growth and development of other leaders? Probably everything. This workshop is highly interactive. You will be equipped with tools that you can implement in both your personal or professional life:

Members will be equipped to:

• Connect the dots between your development as a leader and the direction of your company.
• Change your perspective from "looking at" leaders with an evaluative lens and move to "looking with" leaders as whole people in a developmental way.
• Learn and practice a whole person development coaching model.
• Take actionable steps for getting intentional about developing better versions of yourself and others that aren’t oversimplified into formulas for success.
• Implement a system and roadmap for developing yourself and the leaders around you.
