I am excited to welcome you all back to enjoy practicing with your feet in the grass, surrounded by the beauty and peacefulness of Jamaica Pond, on Sunday at 11:30AM.This is an accessible, joyous & gentle yoga practice that is suitable for, and welcomes all to participate.NOTE: I've extended the park permit so there will be additional time and space for us to be in community with one another after class, from 12:30PM - 1:30PM, every Sunday. Feel free to bring a blanket, your lunch or snacks, and enjoy the beautiful park for a little while before heading out.A $10-$20 Donation for this class is appreciated (although no one will be turned away for inability to pay.
