Through our engagement efforts, we raise awareness of these industries and equip local residents with the resources and support they need to pursue high-road jobs (e.g., higher wages, predictable annual income, opportunities for advancement, benefits).This program is supported by a Life Sciences Career Awareness grant from the Mayor's Office of Workforce Development.
