Nicole's contagious energy will have you smiling from ear to ear. This class takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Everybody and every body can come together and get their sweat on with this energy boosting class. Comfortable cross training sneakers are strongly recommended.Cool Down with : After you've given it everything, Therlande guides you back to stillness with a grounding yoga cool down.
