But that part really only took 30 minutes. The class could have been more efficient. The first 20 minutes or so were spent introducing the chef and his history. While that was interesting, it was hard to hear over the bar music. I recommend having a slide show or some visuals to make that part go more smoothly. The hands-on portion of the class was the most interesting part.Maria ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Chef Harold was fantastic! He was very personable and gave great demonstrations on how to make everything! Everyone in our group enjoyed this class and would recommend.
