Something flowy & breathable so energy has a place to move and color(s) to enhance or ground into your vibe.If you find yourself thinking too much about it, pause and shake it out for 1 min. Pivot. Choose something comfortable that you feel good in and move along in your flow. Tis not meant to be overwhelming•Grab your journal & water bottle (or tea)•Say something kind to yourself and head out the doorUpon arrival, if you’re early, settle in, turn devices off, and find a space you feel called to.
