- **Event Description**: Come one, come all, to the first annual Royals and Pesants Tea Party! Your favorite hosts will be throwing a grande celebration!

We will be bringing tea with ingredients listed. Want a specific kind of tea? There's a pole on the page for you to vote on what you'd like!

Directions:

Get off at the Aquarium stop on the Blue line and head west on State St toward Atlantic Ave for about 4 minutes to the location. 

You can also reach it via State street station(Orange Line) and walk there (About a ten minute walk). After exiting the station, head northeast on Freedom Trail then turn left toward Atlantic Ave. The event will be on the right hand side.

You can also reach it from Park street which is a fifteen minute walk. 

Rules: 

1. Follow requests and directions of staff, volunteers, and park workers
2. We are not responsible for personal items. Unattended and lost items will be turned over to proper authorities (Facility Management, Boston Police Department, Boston Fire Department, Boston State Police). 
3. Appropriate attire is required at all times, including shoes, pants/shorts/skirts, and shirts/tops. 
4. Each event has limited space. 
5. Lining up is permitted no earlier than 30 minutes prior to any events.
6. Possession or consumption of alcohol is not permitted in the park.
7. The legal drinking age in Boston  is 21 years of age. Anyone under legal age found drinking or intoxicated will be reported to Facility Management and the Boston Police Department. 
8. Smoking is only permitted within designated locations outside the park. 
9. Theft, assault, drug use, and other illegal activities will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. 
10.  Discrimination and/or harassment of any form will not be tolerated. 
11.  Do not hinder or obstruct the flow of foot traffic within the  area. 
13.  Questions, concerns, or complaints should be brought to  staff.
14. No cursing of any kind. This is a family friendly event. 

Supplementary Policies: 

1. Real weapons are banned in the park areas, regardless if they are functional or not, per Boston General Laws.
2. All fake and prop guns must have an orange tip, whether glued plastic or painted. 
3.  Security cannot approve a prop prior to the event. 
4. Fake guns and other prop weapons should not be carried outside the event area. The Providence Police Department will treat anyone carrying realistic looking weapons as a LEGITIMATE THREAT AND WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION!
