MathWorks Day 2026 explores "Making Renewables Resilient: Models, Methods, and Real-World Impact" through a collaborative event between Northeastern University and MathWorks. The program features a panel discussion and Q&A session on the topic of renewable energy and the modern renewable grid by experts from the College of Engineering and MathWorks. Attendees will experience hands-on product demonstrations from MathWorks employees showcasing cutting-edge tools used in renewable energy research and development and beyond. We will also be announcing this year's microgrant awardees. The event concludes with a poster session where participants can engage with current research and projects.
This event offers invaluable opportunities for networking and informal discussions about the future of resilient renewable energy systems, as well as various applications encompassing engineering, computer science, and mathematics.
