We will be kicking off the event with a 4:00pm class at EBF followed by an after party at Empire (1 Marina Park Drive, Boston, MA 02210). The after party will start at 5:30pm and include heavy appetizers plus a cash bar. Please arrive at EBF's Seaport location (25 Drydock Ave, Boston, MA 02210) by 3:30pm to check in and change for the class.Many of us have been affected by cancer in some way and because of that, we decided to support the Four Diamonds Fund. This 501c3 nonprofit organization was founded in 1972 with a mission to conquer childhood cancer by assisting children and their families through superior care, comprehensive support and innovative research.At EBF, you will have four class options to choose from (sign-ups to follow): TRAIN, BAGS, CYCLE and YOGA. Class sign ups will take place closer to the day of the event. There is limited capacity for each class so sign ups will be on a first come, first serve basis.TRAIN focuses on strength, power, and explosiveness through a combination of boxing, strength and cardiovascular conditioning. No gloves required, this is a circuit training based class.BAGS provides a full-body strength and conditioning workout, incorporating various bodyweight exercises within boxing rounds to create a high-intensity boxing fitness experience. Gloves will be provided for those that do not have their own.CYCLE is a power-based ride with focuses on strength, conditioning, and endurance.YOGA offers a balance of strengthening the mind and body.
