In this class, you’ll make your own pasta dough from scratch and shape it into cavatelli.In this Class You Will:Learn about the traditions and culture of fresh egg pastaObserve as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make CavatelliMake your own Cavatelli from scratch by handEnjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, and Fresh Cavatelli prepared by our Chef alongside a wine pairingPlease Note:One ticket purchase is valid for one guestSeating is first-come, first-servedClass duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutesAll guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
