In this completely free class set in the beautiful Dorchester Brewing Company tap rooom, we will explore the lovely world of semolina pastas! Learn the tips and tricks to make the perfect dough and proceed to turn them into gnocchetti sardi, farfalle and orecchiette!

Dorcehster Brewing Company will be featuring a brand new Italian Pilsner which will complement your pasta making efforts perfectly!
