Flow State: Ignite your inner creative with yoga, visualization, & journaling

Join WIM Boston for an afternoon of slow flow yoga, visualization practice, and creative journaling tailored to musicians and creatives alike. We'll end the event with time for you to make connections with others in the WIM Boston community. You'll take home guides for building a creative practice that you can do at home or on the road.

Please bring a yoga mat and notebook. Some mats and yoga props will be available to borrow.
