In this class, you’ll explore the foundations of classic Roman sauces such as Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, and Amatriciana. You’ll learn how to build each sauce from scratch, balance flavors, and pair them perfectly with pasta cooked to an ideal al dente.In this Class You Will:Learn about the culinary traditions and cultural inspiration behind classic Roman saucesEnjoy a menu featuring an antipasto and wine pairingCreate and savor your own pasta with a traditional Roman saucePlease Note:One ticket purchase is valid for one guestSeating is first-come, first-servedClass duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutesAll guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine.
