Their infectious enthusiasm and knack for breaking down complex techniques into digestible steps make learning an adventure.Class DescriptionIf you already know your way around drafting and plying, this workshop is your chance to explore a curated menu of spinning fibers. Your materials fee provides you with a sampler box of fine and medium wools with a few exotic surprises, all sourced from a regional supplier.As you spin each sample of fiber, your instructor will share insights on the qualities, strengths, and quirks of that fiber, helping you discover new favorites for future projects.Bring your own spindle or wheel — or rent one of Artisans Asylum’s electronic spinning wheels by purchasing a "spinning wheel rental" add on at checkout. Once those tickets are sold out, all rentals are spoken for. Space is limited, so secure your spot now and get ready to expand your spinner’s palette. Your next fiber obsession might be waiting in this sampler.Material FeeThe materials fee for this class is $30. This is separate from the ticket price and is to reimburse the instructor for any tools or materials used in this class. This will be paid once, directly to the instructor at the start of the first class meeting.
