Healing is the revealing of Truth! This conference centers the unique experiences of Black women while offering culturally grounded tools for self-advocacy, resilience, and an emphasis on holistic wellness: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.Guided by themes such as The Art of Rest, Healing Through Grief and Loss, Mindfulness Practices to Honor Our Hearts, and The Power of Healthy Relationships, the event invites participants to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their internal spirit and one another.
