At the end of class, take our recipe with you to recreate at home. About this Dish: Celebrate the holidays all’Italiana in this festive class. Sample our Eataly Icons panettone and pandoro with our sweet spreads. Then, observe as our Scuola Chef brings the creativity and teaches you how to use your leftover cakes to make a a traditional Florentine zuccotto, a dome-shaped ice cream and cake dessert. In this class you will: Learn about the traditions and culture of Italian holiday desserts Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to prepare a traditional Zuccotto delle Feste Enjoy a menu featuring various holiday sweets and light wine pairings Take home the recipe from the class Please Note:One ticket purchase is valid for one guestSeating is first-come, first-servedClass duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutesAll guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.
