CG5 (born Charlie Green) is a name you may recognize from the iconic “Probably because I am CG5” TikTok sound. The 25-year-old neurodivergent singer, songwriter, and music producer from Arizona built a global audience of gaming-inspired music fans, digital natives, and internet culture enthusiasts—all while owning 100% of his masters.
CG5 captivates fans with his original compositions, remixes, and covers inspired by viral memes, TV shows, original concepts, and video games such as, Dream SMP, Five Nights at Freddy’s (FNaF), Cuphead, Among Us, etc. His YouTube channel found its stride in 2017, driven by the success of his FNaF tracks like “I Got No Time (Remix),” “Labyrinth,” and the Bendy and the Ink Machine-inspired track “Amen,” establishing him as a FNaF community pioneer.
With more than 1.2 billion Spotify streams, 2.2M monthly listeners, and singles like “THX,” “Lonely King,” “4GET,” “Dancin’,” “Vibrant Eyes,” “Good To Be Alive,” “I See a Dreamer,” “Sleep Well,” “Listen To The Music,” “OCD,” “Let Me In,” and “Break Out The Box,” CG5’s catalog continues to resonate worldwide. In March 2025, he released his EP Project U MOVE, featuring six tracks including the standout title song “Entranced.”
Best known for his massive YouTube channel, which boasts over 8.6M subscribers and 3.2B views, CG5 has become one of the platform’s most consistent music creators. In addition, you can find over 7.6M video creations on TikTok based on his songs, with 4M followers on the platform. His hit single “Absolutely Anything,” which sparked over 7.2M TikTok video creations, was handpicked by Spinnin’ Records (a Warner Music Group imprint) for redistribution—marking his first commercial breakthrough.
Now fresh off a 50+ city international tour, the premiere of his debut film PROJECT U MOVE, and a new partnership with Universal Music Group and Heat (alongside Lil’ Wayne), CG5 is continuing to blur the lines between music, gaming, and digital storytelling.
