We will map the people currently surrounding your work and life, identify the support you need next, and design small, practical experiments that help you move from reflection into action.Week 3: Decisions Under PressureSeptember 8, 2026- 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.Values are easiest to name when nothing is competing with them. This session explores what happens when your values meet real demands, uncertainty, and opportunity. You will examine how you make decisions under pressure and practice taking purposeful action before every answer is clear.Week 4: Ambition on Your Own TermsSeptember 15, 2026- 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.What happens when you are still ambitious, but no longer willing to pursue success at any cost? We will explore ambition after exhaustion, the experience of being pulled away from the work you love, and the difference between what you are highly capable of doing and what you feel called to do next.
