Make friends with your body.

All levels and genders are welcome. Join us for a 75-minute Yoga class taught by our instructor, Alan. 

NOTE: RSVP's do not reflect actual attendance. To respect your privacy, you are not required to RSVP on any online or social platform. You must purchase a ticket on EventBrite to reserve a spot in the class. 

Everyone MUST be an active, willing participant and at least 18 years old. Please bring a valid photo ID for age verification. You will be required to enter an accurate date of birth upon registration.

All events have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so if you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, you forfeit your payment. Unless the event is cancelled, ALL EVENTBRITE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (even if you cancel your ticket more than 24 hours before class). Email us to transfer your ticket to another event to avoid paying the fee twice.
