The Summit had a dual purpose: to connect arts & culture leaders across the state, and to provide a platform for discussion and strategy to galvanize the Massachusetts’ AAPI cultural sector. Both Summits were a resounding success; attracting attendees from a diverse set of backgrounds who laid the foundation for uplifting AAPI voices and narrative change. Since the 2023 Summit, ACF formalized this network as the AAPI Arts & Culture Collaborative, led by a cross-sector 14-member Steering Committee with 85 members total driving Narrative Change, Asset Mapping, and Advocacy & Funding.
