Registering Your AmeriCorps Members and Selecting Afternoon WorkshopsAmeriCorps Program Directors are responsible for registering their Corps members for the morning ceremony as well as any afternoon workshops. Part of the fun of AmeriCorps Opening Day is meeting other Corps members! If your Corps is larger than 25, we strongly encourage splitting up your Corps among the various afternoon workshops so they have a chance to serve alongside others from across the state.2. Transportation to the Morning Ceremony at Faneuil HallPublic Transportation (Recommended):Take the Orange Line to State Street or Haymarket.Take the Green Line to Haymarket, North Station, Park Street, or Government Center.Take the Red Line to Park Street.Take the Blue Line to Aquarium/Faneuil Hall.Take the Commuter Rail to North Station.The Massachusetts Service Alliance does not provide stipends for MBTA fare.Parking: There are plenty of parking options available near Faneuil Hall Marketplace, all within a 15 minute walk.For more details on directions and parking, click here.3.
