Have you ever wanted to try your hand at the Pottery Wheel? Or, perhaps you are just up for trying something different or want to learn something new. Join us while our talented instructor teaches you  and shows you how to use the Pottery Wheel. 

Learning how the pottery wheel works is the main goal.  Each participant will be given enough clay to make two things and have enough time to create and not feel rushed.   After working on the pottery wheel, students will get to select the color their pot(s) can be dip glazed in. 

All work will be left at the studio to fully dry and be fired in our bisque rire.  After being bisque fired, work will be dipped and fired in our glaze fire.  Because of the schedule of our firings and the fact that our kilns must be full in order to run, this process can take 2 weeks or more.  We will notify participants by email to come pick their work up. 


Notes
We encourage students to wear clothes they don't mind getting messy in!
