- **Event Description**: Come join Elliott, our newest Naturalist, on a guided forest bathing exercise in the serene nature of Deam Lake SRA.
We will walk down Deam Lake Loop, moving at a calm pace while using all 5 of our senses to observe our surroundings. 
At a clearing at approximately the half mile point, we will take a break and journal; about observations from our walk, life goals, or just what we had for breakfast. There’s no wrong answers! 

Bringing your personal journal is recommended, but pen and pad will be available.
All ages and skill levels welcome! This event is weather permitting.
