- **Event Description**: I would like to invite you to a Trial Class in Chair supported yoga. 
For 10 years I have been teaching Chair supported Yoga in Norway. This has been very popular because so many people, who find it difficult to come up and down on a mat, can get the same great benefits from yoga as with traditional yoga.
You come and stretch, strengthen your body, train on your balance and at the same time get the benefits from meditative movements, breathwork and inner stillness as with more classical yoga. Having osteoarthritis myself I find this yoga so helpful 🥰

We start with a guided meditation, then do easy yoga for approx 1 hour and end with 10-15 min of Gong meditation. The Gong enhances the feeling of calmness and healing in your body, mind and spirit.
The price is €15.

No prior knowledge necessary and I have all the needed equipment. This is available for everybody regardless of fitness or mobility.

I would like to try this out this first time and if people want to continue I will most likely set up some weekly classes.
