ITLS - Provider Course - January 2026

ITLS is a hands-on trauma course designed to provide prehospital professionals with the fundamental knowledge and experience necessary to get the trauma patient from scene to surgery in the best possible condition. The ITLS course focuses on the skills necessary to recognize mechanisms of injury; perform an organized, time-efficient assessment; prioritize and perform critical interventions; and appropriately package and transport the trauma patient.

CLASS DATES: January 22-23,2026

TIMES: 08:00a.m. - 4:00p.m

LOCATION: Ascension St. Vincent Warrick EMS, 415 S. Fourth St., Boonville, IN 47601

BOOKS & PRE-TESTS: Vanderburgh County Fire, Posey EMS, and St. Vincent Warrick EMS employees may pick up books and pre-tests at their service. Pre-tests must be completed and presented at check in on day of the course.

PAYMENT: Vanderburgh County Fire, Posey EMS, and Warrick EMS associate course costs are paid by their employer via invoice. All others will be required to provide payment of $32 via a check or cash upon signing in on the day of the course for cost of the certification.
