The ITLS course focuses on the skills necessary to recognize mechanisms of injury; perform an organized, time-efficient assessment; prioritize and perform critical interventions; and appropriately package and transport the trauma patient.CLASS DATES: January 22-23,2026TIMES: 08:00a.m. - 4:00p.mLOCATION: Ascension St. Vincent Warrick EMS, 415 S. Fourth St., Boonville, IN 47601BOOKS & PRE-TESTS: Vanderburgh County Fire, Posey EMS, and St. Vincent Warrick EMS employees may pick up books and pre-tests at their service. For all others taking the course, please email pqrauscher@ascension.org or call 812-485-1911 to obtain a book and pre-test for the course. Pre-tests must be completed and presented at check in on day of the course.PAYMENT: Vanderburgh County Fire, Posey EMS, and Warrick EMS associate course costs are paid by their employer via invoice.
