# Event Details

- **Event Name**: LET IT GO | 9D Breathwork | Boone, IA
- **Event Start and End Date**: Tue, 20 Oct, 2026 at 06:30 pm – Tue, 20 Oct, 2026 at 08:00 pm (-05:00)
- **Event Description**: You can tell yourself you’re over it.

You can say it doesn’t bother you anymore.

You can stay busy. Keep moving. Keep showing up for everyone else.

And still feel it sitting somewhere in your body.

The anger.
The hurt.
The resentment.
The grief.
The relationship.
The betrayal.
The version of you that had to become stronger than you ever wanted to be.

Sometimes we don’t need to talk about it one more time.

Sometimes we don’t need another explanation.

Sometimes we need a place where we can finally stop holding it all together.

Let It Go is an immersive 9D Somatic Breathwork journey designed to help you get out of your head, drop into your body, and create space to release what you’ve been carrying for far too long.

This is not about pretending the past didn’t happen.

It is not about forcing forgiveness.

It is not about being told to “move on.”

It is about giving yourself permission to feel what is there without judging it.

To breathe through it.

To let your body release some of what your mind has been trying to manage.

Through breath, immersive sound, somatic release, subconscious work, and guided emotional processing, you’ll be taken through a powerful journey inward.

You do not need to know exactly what you’re letting go of.

You do not need to have the right words.

You do not need to show up healed.

You just need to be willing to show up.

Maybe you cry.

Maybe you feel anger.

Maybe you feel relief.

Maybe you finally realize how tired you are from carrying something you thought you had already moved past.

And maybe, for the first time in a long time, you walk out feeling like you can breathe a little deeper.

You have carried enough.

You are allowed to put some of it down.

Come exactly as you are.
