New to running? Your registration also includes our FREE 12-week 5K training program, beginning September 1. You'll receive a structured training plan, group support, and educational sessions covering strength training, running shoes, nutrition, and recovery—everything you need to feel confident on race day.

We're also collecting non-perishable food donations for IMPACT's food pantry, so consider bringing an item to help local families this Thanksgiving season.
