- **Event Name**: Community Meditation: Sound Circle
- **Event Start and End Date**: Fri, 13 Nov, 2026 at 05:30 pm (-06:00)
- **Event Description**: ✨🎶 COMMUNITY SOUND CIRCLE 🎶✨
Friday, November 13th | 5:30 PM
📍 Ema’s Elegance | 809 Story St., Boone
💜 Donation Based

November’s Community Meditation is going to look—and SOUND—a little different!

Instead of simply receiving the sound as you would during a traditional sound bath, we are going to create it together.

Bring your own sound healing instrument, drum, singing bowl, chime, flute, rattle, or anything else you feel called to play. Don’t have an instrument? That’s completely fine! I’ll have instruments available for you to borrow and explore.

There’s no sheet music.
There’s no perfect rhythm.
There’s no expectation that you know what you’re doing.

We will listen to one another, follow our intuition, and allow the sounds to build naturally as we collectively create vibration, frequency, and an immersive healing soundscape.

You do not need to be a musician or have experience with sound healing. Part of the experience is giving yourself permission to explore sound without worrying about whether you’re doing it “right.”

As always, our Community Meditation is DONATION BASED so that these experiences remain accessible to our community.

Come play. Come listen. Come experiment.

Let’s see what happens when a room full of people stops trying to make music—and starts simply listening to one another. 💜🎶
