Rumors is a hilarious farcical comedy by Neil Simon that throws a group of affluent couples into a whirlwind of escalating misunderstandings and cover-ups. When guests arrive at a swanky anniversary party to find their host shot and his wife missing, they concoct a series of increasingly elaborate lies to protect their reputations, leading to a night of mistaken identities, rapid-fire dialogue, and side-splitting physical comedy. As the rumors fly and the truth becomes more elusive, chaos reigns supreme in this masterclass of comedic mayhem.
