Nestled in the serene Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, this 7-day retreat at the Art of Living Retreat Center offers deep nourishment, presence, and connection to our true nature. This retreat is a powerful invitation to rest in the heart of being. Together with a loving community dedicated to awakening, we’ll gather in a field of expanded awareness where the transmission of love and truth naturally unfolds, allowing for profound inner transformation.

Each day includes two sessions with Amoda and Kavi, featuring guided and silent meditation, heartfelt discourse, and space for open dialogue and inquiry. While Amoda offers the primary discourses and meditations, Kavi supports the teachings through his poetry and presence.

In addition to our daily sessions, we’ll share three nourishing vegetarian meals each day, offering time to relax and connect in the peaceful indoor and outdoor spaces of the retreat center. You’ll have the opportunity to rest in your room, explore scenic nature trails, or simply enjoy unhurried moments with fellow participants. Evenings may include simple and spontaneous gatherings that deepen the sense of community and make retreat life especially memorable.

Rooted in Amoda Maa’s teaching of open awareness and unconditional presence, this retreat offers a space to meet life as it is, without resistance. If you feel drawn to this path of inner freedom, you are warmly invited to join us.
