Our Day - The Secret to Your Success.

Session 1 - 9.30am to 11am

The key to property management success. Stacey will focus on the 5 steps to success for everyday property management. We will go through the steps and the foundation for success.

Morning tea - 11am to 11.30am

Session 2 - 11.30am to 1pm

We shall continue the secret and key to success using practical examples focusing on rent arrears, lease renewals and end of tenancy best practice procedures. The Focus will be on the legislation, time management, risk management and best practice.

Lunch - 1pm to 1.45pm

Session 3 - 1.45pm to 3.30pm

These new laws... so much has happened in the last four years in relation to changes to the RTRA Act. Stacey will do a Q and A on myths, misunderstandings and what are the facts.

Please note in relation to CPD, as per the Stacey Holt Real Estate Excellence PME training and CPD statement please read there are no CPD points available at this stage for this special event.

Payment methods for training events

Payment methods are direct deposit, cheque or credit card using PayPal online or pay by credit card online via invoice provided by Real Estate Excellence. Real Estate Excellence provide a secure link with the invoice to pay via credit card without the need to use PayPal.

You do not have to use PayPal. Please read below.

If you wish to pay for the service via credit card, PayPal can be used, or you can request an online payment via invoice. If you prefer to pay by credit card (not using paypal), direct deposit or cheque, simply click on other payment options when completing the online registration, the number of tickets under the correct member or non-member ticket type; complete the fields as requested and when complete click on other payment options and proceed from there. If you wish to pay by credit card (not using PayPal), a link to pay securely online via credit card will be provided on the invoice given by Real Estate Excellence.

What happens after you register?

When registration is made online and not paid for via PayPal which you do not have to use (click other payment when registering online), the registration ticket and invoice is sent to the email address provided upon registration. A duplicate invoice from the Real Estate Excellence accounting program is emailed to the email address within 48 business hours of registration, if the payment method chosen is cheque, credit card (not using paypal) or direct deposit. If payment is made by PayPal, an Eventbrite invoice is provided as a tax invoice.

Dietary Requirements, workbooks and tickets

The training events include catering of either morning tea or morning tea and lunch depending on the duration.

The workbook for the training will be emailed to registered attendees email address for printing or uploading to your device to bring to the event prior to the training day. Please bring your ticket on the day to register for the training.

Cancellation policy

A full refund or credit voucher for future training is available if written notice of cancellation is received by the event organiser Real Estate Excellence no later than 7 days prior to the event.

If the attendee/client cancels a ticket registration 7 clear days or less prior to a training event, 100% of the ticket price will be forfeited as a cancellation fee and a refund will not be provided. The ticket holders name is transferrable to another party within the same organisation up to and including the day prior to the event with written email notice from the ticket purchaser.

Holt told Yahoo Finance that many people aren't aware of how much work these PMs do each day.

She has called on Australians to "stop, think, and celebrate the wonderful role property managers play" in our society.

"Take a moment to remember that property managers are human beings, like all of us, who are doing the best they can with what they got, and they do a wonderful job," she said.

"It's a very challenging and thankless role," she explained to Yahoo Finance.

"The majority of PMs are just great people like you and I, and they deserve a day of people just saying, 'Hey, thank you. You're bloody amazing'."

She added that PMs and people in real estate "unfairly" get a rap because of a few bad apples in the industry.
