Throughout the experience, participants will be invited to engage with the natural environment through observation, personal reflection, and sensory awareness.Forest Therapy has been shown to support wellbeing, reduce stress, and strengthen our connection to nature and community.The session finishes with a shared tea ceremony, offering time for conversation and connection.Cost: FreeAge: Adults onlyIMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:Please let us know if you have any physical, accessibility, medical, or other support needs that may affect your participation in this event.
