Strong like a Mother with Jenn P. - Wednesday Class

Motherhood isn't for the weak. Moms are strong and powerful, and we want this class to be an opportunity to flex your strength and demonstrate that not only to yourself but also to your kiddo. This strength-based circuit class will lead you through compound moves that hit the whole body. All are welcome to attend the class - your kiddos included. This class is about providing you movement, community, and connection while not worrying about your kids. Workouts are done in the same space with your kid; toys provided to keep them entertained, and you’re close by to tend to kids as needed. Plus, we provide a staff member to help keep them entertained during your workout!
