Suzi Burns - Burning brightly
Cultivating Yin Energy and Loving Kindness We will practice qi gong for an hour and then sit in stillness and silence for a guided meditation and connect to our heart.
I am a Certified Advanced Holden Qi Gong teacher. I am also a registered meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation, and a graduate of davidji’s meditation teacher training academy. I am passionate about sharing my lived and academic experience to help others. I worked in the financial services industry before re-training in public health where I devised behaviour change campaigns. Now I bring together a wealth of experience to my qi gong and meditation classes to keep these ancient practices highly relevant for modern life.
The theme is heart coherence - hence the loving kindness flow and heart centred meditation. Beyond the Visible is a beautiful phrase to capture the magic of qi gong and meditation. Neither practices work with anything visible but the impact on our own health and well being are incredible and the ripple effects into our families, communities and broader society are immeasurable.
