Over 20 weeks (excluding school holidays), you'll have a space to pause, connect with others who understand, and do something just for you.

No gardening experience needed – seriously. While some people enjoy pottering with plants, others help with light tasks, or simply enjoy being outdoors. We're applying for funding to make this happen and want to hear what would be most valuable to you. What activities would help you recharge? What would make these few hours actually restorative? Join us on April 1st at the garden on Main Street in Newtongrange to share your ideas and help shape what this group becomes.
