Join us for a Study Group to explore "The Karpman Drama Triangle Explained" by Chris West.
"This book is for anyone who wants to lead a better, happier life and to help others do the same".
The Karpman Drama Triangle is a psychological model used around the world in coaching, management, training and therapy. The book looks at the three roles in the triangle: Victim, Persecutor and Rescuer - how they are learnt and how we act them out. The book looks at what we can do if we find ourslves caught up in drama, with practical tools for self-protection and self-development.
The Study Group will meet fortnightly for 5 sessions, starting on Tuesday 13th January 6.30-7.30pm. Sessions will take place on zoom. The dates of the sessions are:

Meet Your Facilitator:
Susie is the co-founder of Pause & Breathe - a social enterprise that prioritises making wellbeing fully accessible. She is an accredited Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness teacher, Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Qi Gong and Chair Yoga Facilitator and is just about to start training to teach Nia Dance.
Susie is passionate about creating safe spaces where participants can form connections and find community. She works with people to help them find self-acceptance, emotional balance and to get to know themselves better.
