- **Event Description**: New moon = New beginnings. A New Moon phase occurs when the moon is completely dark with zero luminosity. The space before the new moon cycle begins is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your inner calm, to find clarity to manifest more of what you would like to welcome into your life.


We will gather together, beginning with some breathing techniques, leading us into guided meditation. The option of some Reiki energy healing will be available to help clear stagnant energy. If you resonate with oracle cards you are welcome to pull one and read the message from the guide book. We will be journalling anything that comes up from the meditation and any self limiting beliefs. Creating space to connect with your intentions going forward.


We will round up our morning with a hot drink and a biscuit. 


Kerrie Kallus from Healing Flow will be the facilitator for this session.

This session is being held on Friday 17th April 10-11.30am, in The Place to Pause & Breathe, Bonnybridge.


These sessions are free, as they have been funded by Falkirk Communities Mental Health & Wellbeing. They are designed to support participant's overall health and wellbeing, increasing community connections and reducing loneliness. Although they are free, please only book in if you are definitely attending as numbers are limited. If you do book in and then can't make it please cancel your booking, as we may have people on the waiting list. Meet Your Facilitator:
Kerrie set up healing flow with love and inspiration following on from her own spiritual healing journey. Alongside lived experience of chronic pain. A heartfelt journey of neurodiversity Kerrie furthered her knowledge on ways to help others support and recconect with their own unique wellness journey. Kerrie went on to complete her reiki masters followed by studying and gaining her qualification with Yoga Scotland Teacher Training. Kerrie holds weekly healing flow yoga and mediation classes and holds retreat days in various locations throughout the year. Kerrie is well known for her calming, grounding energy and her calm soothing voice.
