# Event Details - **Event Name**: An Evening of Rest & Relaxation - Bonnybridge - **Event Start and End Date**: Fri, 11 Sep, 2026 at 07:00 pm – Fri, 11 Sep, 2026 at 08:30 pm (+01:00) - **Event Description**: Join Jen and Susie for an evening of deep rest and relaxation. We will begin the event with some gentle somatic movements before resting for a while in our restorative postures. This session is accessible to anyone who can get down onto the mat - we don't keep standing up and getting back down - once you're down, we stay there until the end of the session! Susie will then lead a gentle Yoga Nidra leaving you feeling well rested and deeply relaxed. The session will be held on Friday 11th September 7-8.30pm in The Place to Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge. The workshop costs £15 to attend, with a reduced rate of £8 for anyone who could not otherwise afford to come. Just pick the price that best fits your circumstances. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. Since the beginning of 2017, Susie has been delivering mindfulness within her local community in Falkirk. She co-founded Pause & Breathe CIC with her husband, Phil Blackburn and is delighted to have opened The Place to Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge - bringing people together in community. Susie is a Mindfulness Coach and a certified Daring to Rest Facilitator. Her approach is trauma-sensitive, and she is an advocate of giving participants choice in everything she offers. Jen is the founder of Tranquility21 and The Tranquil Yoga Studio. One of her main passions is supporting women as they transition through menopause, and for every woman who comes along to feel nourished, nurtured and empowered.
