Spring Equinox Conscious Dance Immersion

Join Valley Divine Intuitive Healing Arts for a nourishing Spring Equinox Conscious Dance Immersion—an afternoon of movement, ceremony, and renewal as we welcome the return of light and new beginnings.

Held on Sunday, March 22, 2026, from 2:30–6:30 PM at the Historic Pearl Theater in Bonners Ferry, this immersive experience invites you to drop out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body. Join us in this ceremony of conscious dance, moving meditation, and uplifting music, we will honor the balance of the equinox and plant intentions for the season ahead.

This sacred gathering includes:

• Opening and closing ceremony
• Conscious dance and free-form movement
• Yoga Nidra
• Herbal tea and community connection
• A creative art station for reflection and integration

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and any bolsters for resting comfortably on the floor.

No dance experience is necessary—just a willingness to move, feel, and be present. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, energized, and inspired.
