I am writing to request your support for our free Community Taco Bar and Bingo event, on August 22, 2026. The Outreach Ministry team at First Christian Church of Bonner Springs is sponsoring this event for Happy Hearts Working (HHW, a [501C3] organization). This wonderful non-profit agency is conducting a capital campaign to renovate their new building at 144 N. Nettleton, Bonner Springs, KS. Funds raised at this event will be through free-will offerings, and raffle ticket sales. All proceeds will go to  HHW’s Capital Campaign.   (www.happyheartsworking.org)

In-kind donations are being sought of food items for the taco bar, bingo prizes, gift certificates, and items for our raffle. Your contribution will directly support Happy Hearts Working’s mission and the individuals they serve.

We anticipate serving up to approximately 100 guests.

In appreciation of your generosity, we will happily recognize your business during the event. 

Thank you for your time and for supporting our community. Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can arrange a time to pick up a donation. Meanwhile, 
we hope you’ll consider coming out for tacos and Bingo on August 22t to show your support, while enjoying an evening of food, fun and frolic! Spread the word and bring some friends!
