Her work weaves together seasonal, high-quality ingredients to support a local food culture. She specializes in transformational wellness events and is the visionary behind Heart Seed Orchards, a regenerative citrus farm based in San Diego.

Julianne Iacuaniello – Founder of Wave Technologies

Julie leads Wave Technologies, a company developing dual-purpose wave energy converters that protect coastlines while generating clean energy for disaster relief and grid support. Inspired by natural ecosystems like reefs and mangroves, her work offers sustainable alternatives to seawalls while enhancing biodiversity. With deep roots in the Department of Energy’s BOOST Program and the National Renewable Energy Lab, Julie is committed to building solutions that help coastal communities adapt to climate change.

Dr. Elona Gaball – Founder of Inspired Smiles & Inspired Lives

Dr. Elona Gaball is a wellness-focused dentist with over 25 years of experience in advanced rehabilitation and aesthetic care. She is the founder of Inspired Smiles in Solana Beach and Inspired Lives, where she empowers entrepreneurs and leaders toward purpose-driven living. Through her nonprofit, Inspired Change, she provides smile rehabilitation for survivors of trafficking and women overcoming abuse. Dr. Elona is passionate about holistic well-being, faith-based leadership, and creating community-centered impact.

Ashley Donaldson — Founder & CEO, More Life Liquid

As the founder of More Life Liquid, a B Corp Certified, sustainability-rooted beverage brand — Ashley has devoted her journey to wellness, community building, and creating conscious alternatives that nourish both people and planet. With a background in PR, event curation, and community impact, she believes business can be a vessel for holistic change.
